COVID-19 OPERATIONS UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer, 

Many of you have been asking about our business operation plan if there is a “shelter-in-place” order from our state and local government.

Tarheel Paper & Supply Co. is classified as an "essential business" according to the guidelines provided by the US Department of Homeland Security Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During COVID-19 Response.

All of Tarheel Paper’s branches will remain open and operational.  Our warehouse and transportation teams have the means necessary to safely continue deliveries to you. We will remain open to serve you, our valued customer. 

Some of our office employees will be working from home, but rest assured that they are fully equipped to support you remotely. Our entire team is ready to partner with you to maintain business-as-usual throughout this challenging time. We are dedicated to continuing to provide the much-needed products and top-notch service to support your business.

The health, safety and security of our customers, suppliers, and employees is our top priority as we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and the effect that it is having on our work and personal lives. As this is a rapidly changing situation, we will closely monitor all developments, and will update you should anything change.
