They have similar advantages, but the key difference is that tinted stretch film is transparent, while the opaque isn’t. Tinted stretch film is also available in a wider array of colors.
Tinted stretch film offers the following advantages:
- Transparent, so scanning labels through the film is possible.
- Pallet contents are still visible, which deters carries from breaking down pallets during transit, reducing pilferage.

Opaque stretch film offers numerous advantages over clear or tinted stretch film.
- Deters pilferage of valuable shipments since it conceals products.

- Outlasts standard clear stretch film during outdoor storage.
- Excellent for color coding products.
Available Colors: Black, White.
